These terms govern registration for and use of the IA Cycling website and application. By selecting the acceptance checkbox and creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

2. Registration requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to register. Registration by 16- or 17-year-olds with parental permission is not accepted. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorised use.
3. Service and use of AI
IA Cycling provides training plans, analysis and assistance generated or supported by artificial intelligence. The chat is an AI system, not a person. Its output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before you act on it.
4. Health and safety
The service is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise programme where appropriate. Stop exercising and seek help if you experience concerning symptoms. You are responsible for adapting activity to your condition, surroundings and equipment.
5. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation
The price, trial period, renewal and billing frequency are shown before purchase. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are charged, renewed and cancelled through the relevant store account. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
6. Third-party integrations
You may connect compatible services such as Garmin or Wahoo. By enabling a connection, you authorise the necessary data exchange. Availability and operation also depend on those providers.
7. Conduct and content
You may not use IA Cycling for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or dangerous activity; infringe third-party rights; interfere with the service; bypass access controls; or copy, resell or reverse engineer it except where legally permitted. You retain rights in content you provide and grant the permission needed to process it and provide the service.
8. Intellectual property
The application, brand, design, software and proprietary content belong to IA Cycling or its licensors. Your account grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service while you comply with these terms.
9. Suspension and account closure
You may request account deletion. IA Cycling may suspend access for a serious breach, security risk or legal requirement, using proportionate measures and providing notice where possible.
10. Liability
The service is provided with legally required care and may experience interruptions or errors. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or mandatory consumer rights.
11. Privacy and versions
Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. The server records the acceptance date and accepted version of the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and these Terms. If fresh acceptance is required, it will be requested before you continue.
12. Governing law
Spanish law applies without prejudice to mandatory protections in the consumer's country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
